Weight

Unfortunately I've managed to put on quite a bit of weight since I stopped doing WW about 6 months ago. Today is day 1 of being on WW again in the hope of getting my weight back down to what it was. At best it'll be 4 months before I hit the weight I was at before I put it nearly half of it back on and it's really frustrating thinking about how long it took me to lose it in the first place.
Hopefully I've learnt my lesson this time....

Weight update

Just wanted to give a quick sit rep on my weight loss since I haven't posted about it in a while.
So far I've lost 3st 10lb.
I have another 1st 2lb to go until I hit my target so hopefully (if everything goes to plan) I'll hit my target in another couple of months.
I've stopped meticulously recording everything I eat like I'm supposed to on Weight Watchers since it isn't practical long term and I'd like to be able to lose weight on my own. That said, if my weight loss tails off then I'll be back on like a shot to make the push to the finish line.

The hardest part

Dieting has been going really well so far and for the last 5 months I've managed to stick to the weight watchers plan every day. In a couple of weeks I'm going on my first holiday since starting dieting and it's going to be really tough to stick to it. Apart from the fact that temptation will very much be a factor when I'm away, I wont actually be able to calculate or track anything I'm eating. Coupled with the alcohol factor and this could be the first week I actually put on weight since I started dieting.
I'm not going to let it affect my holiday since I want to be able to enjoy it as much as I can but here's hoping I don't put on too much...

Weight Watchers

Most people probably know that I'm doing Weight Watchers at the moment. I've lost just over 2 stone so far and I'm still going strong. Here's a before and after photo of my progress so far.
