Russell and Jo update

Forgot to mention that I spoke to Russell last night and he has decided to wait until the lease runs out on the flat, get himself a job in Manchester again and when all that is done he will assess the situation with Jo. If nothing has changed then he says that will be it.
It's a damn shame because they are a great couple but she has just started putting him after her job and it's really affecting their relationship and it's definitely not fair on Russell - he has had to compromise so many times for her and she (to my knowledge) has never compromised for him.
Anyway, I'm seeing Russell tonight (I won't be seeing Simon again as he and Claire are spending a romantic evening together before he goes on holiday in Italy) so we might talk about it some more. It's more likely that we will just play some games and have a couple of beers :-)
