First post with any detail

I'm not going to spend a long time explaining who I am and what I do etc. I will create a new portion of my site to contain that kind of information rather than bore those who already know by putting it all here.
So I'll just start by saying that for the most part I will be posting during the day which means that each post will contain details from the day before as well. Also its unlikely that I'll post every day and its almost certain that I wont post at weekends. I'm sure I'm explaining this very badly but hopefully you will get the gist of what I am saying when I say it....
