Good customer service?
It seems not a week can go by without me complaining about bad customer service. It's everywhere - be it moving house, mobile phones or that sofa that we still haven't received after nearly four months...
Today I had a little accident with our Dyson. With the prospect of £200 for a new one I gave Dyson a ring just in case there was anything they could do. One short phone call later and they are sending out a replacement for the bit of the hoover that I broke.
No proof of ownership required, just friendly service and a quick resolution.
Maybe the world isn't doomed :-)
