Postarama

Hi everyone, sorry its been so long since I posted. I guess you're probably getting used to it by now. The bad news is that there was no weigh in on Sunday - we agreed that after going on holiday and not really watching what we ate that it was probably a bad idea so we will carry it over until the next two week period is done with.
Our holiday in Scotland was really good - very relaxing and we had glorious sunshine all the time we were there. Dad was on top form and had Laura in fits of laughter several times, going on about small loaves of bread walking around with baby breads and coming out with the immortal line that big rocks dont do much because they are "stone deaf". I guess you had to be there but it was seriously funny at the time.
My birthday was fun - Laura got me a fantastic cake which had Yoda sat on top (made from icing) which I will post some pics of as soon as I get round to it as well as all the other pics from the holiday.
There was a slight down point on Saturday night when we were supposed to be going out for Laura's birthday and every single one of her friends cancelled but we made up for it on Sunday and Monday, going out for a meal on Sunday and having a BBQ on Monday which was great fun.
That pretty much brings me up to date. I was supposed to be going on a course this week but it has been put back to next month so I'm clear of courses now for about a month which will hopefully give me a little bit of a breather where I can get back on top of my finances.
Oh and I got two new board games for my birthday from my brothers - I got Frag! which is a first person shooter on a board which has been very fun to play so far and I got the expansion to the Warcraft board game which we havent got round to playing yet but which I am very much looking forward to.

Fantastic holiday - especially the baby breads. The new screen makes it possible to read all of one day's blog without scrolling.

Now looking foward to Lake District - how many people are coming?????
